You can remove your Avare account and everything stored on our server. The trips on your device stay yours.

Fastest way
Open Avare → Profile → Delete account. It takes a few seconds and needs no email from us. Everything below happens automatically.
If you no longer have the app
Email heyisoft@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days; you will get a confirmation when it is done.
If you signed in with Apple using “Hide my email”, include your username instead so we can find the account.
What gets deleted
Your account: username, display name, email address, avatar
Your subscription status on our server (this does not cancel the subscription itself — see below)
Notification tokens for every device you enabled notifications on
Your membership in shared trips
Trips you own, unless another member is still in them — see the next section
The account is marked deleted immediately and permanently erased after 30 days. Backups roll off within 30 days of that.
What stays, and why
Trips on your device. Deleting your account does not delete your local data — trips simply become offline trips again. Uninstalling the app removes them.
Shared trips with other members. If you own a trip that other people are still in, ownership passes to the longest-standing member so their trip is not destroyed.
Expenses and settlement records you created in a shared trip remain, so the group’s balances stay correct. They are no longer linked to your account.
Deleting only some of your data
You do not have to delete your account to remove data. Inside Avare:
A whole trip — press and hold it on the home screen → Delete trip. If you own a shared trip, it is removed for every member.
A single expense, note, packing item or route stop — open it and use Delete.
A shared trip you joined — open the trip → members → Leave trip. Your membership and anything you marked personal leave our server; the local copy stays on your device.
Photos and documents — never uploaded in the first place, so deleting them in the app deletes them everywhere.
Deletions reach our server as soon as you are back online. The record is erased immediately; a marker carrying only its id and a timestamp is kept for up to 90 days so your other devices and the other trip members learn the item is gone, then it is removed too.
Your subscription
Avare+ is billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it separately: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
Want your data first?
Before deleting, use Profile → Export my data. You get spreadsheet files of everything stored on our server. After deletion we cannot recover it.

Hesap anında silinmiş olarak işaretlenir, 30 gün sonra kalıcı olarak silinir. Yedekler de bunu takip eden 30 gün içinde döner.
Kalanlar ve sebebi
Cihazındaki geziler. Hesabını silmek yerel verini silmez — geziler yeniden çevrimdışı geziye döner. Uygulamayı kaldırırsan silinirler.
Başka üyelerin olduğu paylaşılan geziler. Sahibi olduğun bir gezide hâlâ başkaları varsa sahiplik en eski üyeye geçer; onların gezisi yok olmasın diye.
Paylaşılan gezide oluşturduğun harcamalar ve hesaplaşma kayıtları kalır, grubun bakiyesi bozulmasın diye. Artık hesabınla ilişkili değildirler.
Yalnızca bir kısmını silmek
Veri silmek için hesabını silmen gerekmiyor. Avare içinde:
Bir gezinin tamamı — ana ekranda geziye uzun bas → Geziyi sil. Paylaşılan bir gezinin sahibiysen tüm üyelerden kalkar.
Tek bir harcama, not, valiz maddesi veya rota durağı — üzerine gir, Sil.
Katıldığın paylaşılan bir gezi — geziyi aç → katılanlar → Geziden ayrıl. Üyeliğin ve kişisel işaretlediğin her şey sunucumuzdan çıkar; yerel kopya cihazında kalır.
Fotoğraflar ve belgeler — zaten hiç yüklenmiyor, uygulamada sildiğinde her yerden silinmiş olur.
Silmeler çevrimiçi olur olmaz sunucuya ulaşır. Kayıt anında silinir; yalnızca kimliğini ve zaman damgasını taşıyan bir işaret en fazla 90 gün kalır — diğer cihazların ve gezideki diğer kişiler o şeyin silindiğini böyle öğrenir — sonra o da kaldırılır.
Aboneliğin
Avare+ faturasını Apple veya Google keser, biz değil. Hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Ayrıca iptal et: iOS Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler ya da Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler.
